28/11/22 Smtp service on Rex was down on Sat & Sun this has now been resolved. Incoming mail has also been not working for some domains we are investigating this now. 10:20
22/11/22 Servers are currently under attack which is causing marked increase in system load. Mail sending and web access is impacted at this time. 15:17
18/11/22 FTP access on the new server has been restored. Some customers may find that they need to use FTP instead of FTPs. The FTPs will be restored over the next day or so. 12:54
18/11/22 We have an issue with the FTP on our new server we are currently applying a workaround if this doesn't work then FTP access may be suspended until late this evening. 12:35

24/10/22 The issue has been found (a CNAME record) and corrected. As the DNS propagates service will resume, but may be rather spotty until full propagation. 10:50

22/10/22 Our new mail servers are not being trusted by other mail servers we are re-directing services as best possible but some providers will have issues. This will ease over time. Do please report this and we will respond as soon as we can. 10:59

28/09/22 There is a high level service outage affecting multiple ISP's across the country. This is affecting connections and speed. Our next update should be around midday. 08:25
27/09/22 There was a major service outage with the main internet connection for both us and a number of our customers earlier this morning. Although this has been fixed, connection speeds may be poor at times leading to time-outs when doing web browsing or emailing. We are expecting a return to normal performance over the course of the day. 10:30

28/07/22 We have discovered that only e-mails sent using Webmail are being stopped by the Microsoft Network. We are working on a way around this. However it will be a large amount of work to do this without causing disruption to Webmail services. We expect to have this completed around the middle of next week. If it is possible to send mail using an e-mail client on your computer for the time being we would advise you to do so. 09:52
27/07/22 We are aware of the e-mails being bounced from the Microsoft network. We are currently setting up a control panel with Microsoft to allow us to sort out these issues now and in the future. We expect this to be sorted within 24~36 hours depending on DNS propagation. 14:48

29/06/22 We are aware that Webmail has a couple of issues since the move and some websites are unable to ftp correctly due to permissions. 14:45
We will do our best to rectify these problems as soon as we can. If there are other problems please let us know.
28/06/22 There will be interruption to service on blake (webmail) and some websites from 9pm for server upgrades. POP3/IMAP access to email will be unaffected.
Service has resumed. Webmail is now secured via https and uses the latest version of Squirrelmail. Further SSL certificates will be issued for the remaining sites from blake tomorrow.
Please let us know if you experience any oddities from the updated server - it has been completely rebuilt using the latest software so some configurations may need fine tuning.
19/05/22 Most services were restored around 18:30 today and full service speed will return gradually overnight. 20:47

11/03/22 We had a major power outage this morning for a couple of hours. Unfortunately our backup generator failed to start so our servers went offline. All are now working and I apologise for any inconvenience this has caused.
18/02/22 We have been having power cuts throughout the day but all the services are working well. Please bear with us if you do have difficulties connecting to mail or your website I would expect it to only last for a few minutes.
12/02/22 We are happy to annouce a major update to our Fibre services with reduced prices and 2 new high speed options. These are a 550:75 and a 1Gb:115 both are less expensive than our previous fastest option. The 330:50 is now only £54 inc vat per month down from £79. We will also be doing VOIP services as soon as we have our details and prices. This is in response to BT retiring its Analogue system by 2025.
