14/12/24 There has been a Major Service Outage (MSO) this morning for about 50mins which has affected a good number of our customers including ourselves. Service has now been restored, but may be a bit flaky for a while. 11:54
10/12/24 The recent update to Apple iPad OS18 has broken the IMAP protocol on some devices for many e-mail suppliers including ourselves. Not all iPads are affected. We now have to wait until Apple issues a software fix for this problem. 17:13
30/10/24 We have had over 10,000 spam e-mails an hour today mostly on our old argonet domain. As this is affecting all our customers email with delays the argonet domain is now on its own spam server. This will have two results, general mail should now be processed more quickly. However it will mean that argonet addresses will still suffer delays due the thousands of incoming spam. We will continue to manage all spam as best possible. 14:10
25/10/24 We are temporarily suspending c.s.a.apps due to the group being swamped with binaries for download. Once we have done that we will re-visit the group in a week and re-activate it if the spamming has stopped. 14:50
24/09/24 Due to an errant piece of test kit we have had odd cases of various servers being unavailable on the internet today. The box in question has now been switched off until we are happy it will work correctly. We apologise for any inconvenience this has caused. 16:23

09/08/24 We are currently suffering from a huge volume of spam emails - over 10x our usual daily throughput just in the past hour. This is delaying normal email delivery. We apologise for the inconvenience. 11:20

13/05/24 Last week we became aware that the 'new' version of Newshound was having issues with our News server. I am happy to say this has now been resolved with ourselves and R-Comp and the Newshound programmer all working and testing together. Our server now has extended capabilities and I would like to thank our partners for there quick response. 12:30

15/04/24 We are aware that our Rex mail server is placing SPAM marked emails into customers mail inbox. We are working to rectify this behaviour as quickly as we can. 15:57
12/04/24 One of our mail servers has had a moment this afternoon and stopped processing mail. This has now been re-started and should start processing mail shortly. 16:30
05/04/24 Our phone number 01702 462385 is now working as is the voice mail. The message hasn't been setup just yet but do leave a message if you can't get through. 16:12
03/04/24 Advanced warning the office will be closed over the weekend of the 11-12 May as I have a cataract operation. I expect to be back in the office the following Monday 13th May all being well. 09:44
02/04/24 I have just been informed that BT have very kindly turned off all the services on our 01702 462385 landline and as it will take longer to restore the divert and answering service than it will for me to change it over to our VoIP service, which will cost me less, this is what we are doing. However durning this time the only number that is working is the mobile one. I apologise for this and ask that if a mobile number is not one that you like to use, please call me and ask me to ring you back which I will do. I thank you for your patience in this matter. 17:34
