Our staff have been working in the internet industry for over 20 years, which predates most internet providers in the UK. Not only can we offer personalised, friendly help and advice but we'll also help with all computer systems, including Windows, Mac OS and RISC OS.

Unlike many ISPs we won't advise you to click on 'Start' if you're using an Apple Mac, and we know the difference between Internet Explorer and Firefox, even subtle differences between Firefox on Windows, Mac OS and RISC OS.

Our staff don't use pre-prepared crib sheets or scripts in order to diagnose your problem, and we won't put you on hold listening to boring 'lift music'. We don't employ monkeys and we won't treat you like one either.

We treat all our customers as personal friends, not a number in a database and we can offer support at all levels from complete beginner to knowledgeable sysadmin.

Above all, we actually care about you and want to provide you with the best possible service. After all, if you're impressed with us you'll hopefully tell all your friends how good we are. :-)
