Unexpected downtime Thur 14th Sep 2006 12.15 - 12:30 | pv | Due to a router failure in London, we lost connectivity for approx 15 minutes. This was outside the control of Orpheus but was luckily resolved in a short time. smtp (outgoing mail) was manually restarted after it was discovered that it didn't come back up correctly after the earlier problem. Everything should be working normally as of 3pm but I'd like to apologise for this unexpected outage. |
